Lt. General Dorothy A. Hogg, Surgeon General, U.S. Air Force
As the Surgeon General of the U.S. Air Force, General Hogg is the senior-most medical officer advising the Secretary of the Air Force, the Air Force Chief of Staff, and the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Health Affairs on medical and health matters for the U.S. Air Force worldwide. Her keynote address “Think Without the Box” will challenge us to discuss the importance of leadership in cultivating a Disruptive Innovation culture, and describe why collaboration between civilian and military healthcare is critical in translating research into practice.
